Richard Passwaiter 64, of Indianapolis passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2009. Richard was a member of the American Legion post # 64. He retired from Jackson Oil in 2007. Richard leaves behind two daughters, Linda (Mathew) Pogue, and Kim Parks; and one son Anthony Passwaiter; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many brothers and sisters. Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, December 16 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. There will be a service on Thursday, December 17 at 1:00 P.M. also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
