Robert L. "Bob" Blankenship, 61, of Bargersville, Indiana, died at his home Saturday, February 7, 2009. He was born in Indianapolis on January 28, 1948. Bob retired from driving a cement truck with Modified Concrete Suppliers. Bob was as member of both the teamsters and labor unions. Surviving are his wife Mary Davis Blankenship. Two sons: Gregg Blankenship and Rev. Chris Blankenship. Two daughters: Robin Blankenship, Marilyn Reynolds. Seven brothers: Jack, Bernard, Joe, Steve, Billy, Mike, and Jeff Williams. Three sisters: Pam Walters, Nena Jones, and Diane Jones. Six grandchildren: Chellsea, Taylor, Jacklynn, Marlayna, Michaela, and Jared. Preceded by 1 brother and 1 sister. Family will receive friends Wednesday, February 11 from 4-8 PM. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 12 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, In 46143. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
