Robert H. Chasteen, 76, son of Howard and Angela (Krackenberger) Chasteen passed away at University Heights on January 28, 2019.

He was married for 54 years to Ginger (Martin) Chasteen. Robert, a civil engineer, enjoyed many varied projects in Indiana, Florida, Ohio and Missouri. He graduated from Franklin High School and Purdue University. He was a member of Sts. Francis and Clare Catholic Church.

Robert is survived by his two children, Ann Elizabeth Chasteen of Indianapolis and Patrick Martin Chasteen of Florida and granddaughter, Makenzie Massengate.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, with a funeral service at 1:00 pm in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a favorite charity of one's choice.
