Robert Michael Phelps, 1 year old, of Indianapolis, died on July 21, 2009 at Riley Children''s Hospital. Robert was born on February 5, 2008 in Indianapolis and was the son to Robert M. Quinn and Misty Dawn Phelps. He is survived by his parents, guardian Rita Sorrels, brothers Jorden Phelps, Dequincy Quinn and Erick Quinn, sisters Harlinn Phelps and Jessica Quinn; Grandparents Angie Phelps and Linda Burke, Great Grandparents Sandra Phelps, and Great-Great Grandparents Mary & Gordon Sheffer. Robert was also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will 1:00pm Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135 in Greenwood with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
