It is with great sadness that the family of Robert "Bob" Brice Singleton announces his passing on Wednesday, December 1, at the age of 78 years, at Saint Francis South, after an extended health battle.

Robert was born to Johnie and Margaret Singleton on September 24, 1943. He married his wife Bernice, who survives, on April 28, 1990. Bob worked for Rolls Royce, before retiring in 2012. He is well known for being a kind family man, and his ability to grow a garden seen from miles away. You could always find him with a grand-baby or two on his lap.

Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 31 years, Bernice and his children, John Singleton, Paula (Troy) Burton, Judy (Jeff) Campbell, Donald Ellis, John (Tabitha) Ellis, and Sarah Pelham. Bob will also be fondly remembered by his 16 grandchildren, and by his 8 great grandchildren.

Sadly, Bob was preceded in death by his loving parents, as well as one grandson-in-law, Ryan. A Funeral Service in memory of Bob will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 beginning at 10:00AM until the service at the Forest Lawn Park Funeral home with Rev. Tim Lanigan Officiating.

Interment will follow in the family plot at Forest Park Lawn Cemetery at 2:00PM
