Obituary

Romeo E. Manalo, 81, of Indianapolis passed away November 14, 2017. He was born March 30, 1936 in San Pablo, Philippines to Pedro Rivera and Nieves Enriquez Manalo.

Romeo was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church. He was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed going to casinos and traveling with his wife and adored all his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Emiliana Manalo; brother, Angeles Manalo; sisters, Julia Manalo, Milagros Marquez and Lydia Manalo; granddaughter, Madeline Justice.

Romeo is survived by his sons, Gilbert (Cindy) Manalo and Arnel (Tonya); daughters, Dithas (Keith) Turnbill and Marizel (Tim) Justice; sister, Nelia Pimentel; grandchildren, Terra, Tawni, Crysta, Arnel, Ashley, Jake, Emily, Melanie, Kyle, and Rachel; great grandchildren, Talia, Tivona, Gabriel, Ayden, Kian and Hallie.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, with a rosary from 9:30 am - 10:00 am in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 10:30 am in St. Mark Catholic Church, 535 E. Edgewood Ave., Indianapolis, 46227. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
