Ronald Charles Havlin passed away March 2, 2020.  He was born on July 29, 1940 to Raymond and Elizabeth (Stansbury) Havlin in Indianapolis, Indiana. Throughout his life Ron worked to better his community and help those in need serving in multiple charities and service organizations. He was a Past Master of Englewood Masonic Lodge as well as a Past Worthy Patron of Englewood Order of the Eastern Star. Ron graduated from Tech High School and he worked for decades for Indianapolis Public Schools. When he retired, he began a new career in Real Estate. Eventually, he moved to Florida to officially retire in the sunny, warm weather. He returned back home to Indiana in his final years living at the Masonic Home.  Ron is survived by his sons, Curtis Ray and Mike; daughter Tammy; siblings, Jan, Dick, and Carrie; grandchildren, Justin, Chad, Samantha, and Stevi; great-grandchildren, Julian and Serenity; and ex-wife Mari Jo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Elizabeth; and sisters, Shirley and Ruth.
