Mr. Ronald Kelly White, Franklin, passed away on the early morning of Friday, April 9, 2021. He was 81. Ron was born July 13, 1939 in Indianapolis, Indiana a son of the late Kelly and Myrtle (Higgins) White.

After graduating high school, Ron embarked on a life-long career with Marsh Supermarkets and retired as a store manager. He was also the owner of Smiley's Mill just outside of Franklin on Greensburg Road.

Ron is survived by his children, Kathy Lynn (Al) Zehr, Ronald Kelly White, Jr., Sandra (Timothy) Staten and Ronda Kimberly 'Kim' Spriggs; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Raymond (Tricia) White; his sisters, Jonell White and Joann Caldwell as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in passing by his siblings, Carole Reeves and Darrol White.

A Celebration of Life is being planned by the family and those arrangements will be made available when finalized.
