Rosa Mae Chadwell, 71, of Franklin died July 23, 2015.She was born August 3, 1943 in Bradfordsville, Kentucky. She married Smilie Chadwell on March 4, 1962. He preceded her in death in 2004.
She is survived by her mother Mildred Jackson; a son, Albert (Cheryl) Chadwell; two daughters, Rose Marie (Jerry) Johnson and Laura Ann (Robert) Voiles; thirteen brothers and sisters; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, a sister and a granddaughter. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday July 28 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Visitation Monday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
