Rose C. Parrish, 90, of Greenwood, died Wednesday afternoon September 13, 2017 at Greenwood Meadows. She was born October 31, 1926 in Seymour, IN and was the daughter of the late Emerson & Lila (Brooks) Bannister.

Rose was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed crocheting and showing photos of her family. Rose was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Whiteland.

Rose is survived by her son, Wayne Parrish; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Dick Lee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Parrish and daughters Becky Lee and Janet Davis.

Funeral Services for Rose will be held Monday, September 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Felber officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
