Rosemary Spall, age 90, of Indianapolis, went be with her Lord on January 7, 2016. Rosemary was born July 1, 1925 in Indianapolis to Clarence E. and Helen Ruth (Smith) Reck.

She was a graduate of Arsenal Technical High School with the Class of 1943. She was a member of Lockerbie Square United Methodist Church for many years. She served as Treasurer for the United Methodist Women''s Group. She was a volunteer for Boy Scout Troops 5 and 83. Rosemary also served as PTA President for IPS Schools 9 and 14.

Rosemary married James O. Spall on June 25, 1950 in Indianapolis and he preceded her in death on September 24, 2009. She is survived by her sons, Richard O. (Louise) Spall of Beech Grove and Stephen A. (Karen) Spall of Greenwood; daughter Sheila (Dan) Riley of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Richard (Mandy) Spall, Jr., Daniel (Courtney) Spall, Elizabeth, Jonathan, and Jessica Spall, Christopher and Alexa Farmer, and James Hannah and Danielle Riley; great grandchildren, Max, Lucy, Kirby, Jaycie, Tate, Owen and Colin. Rosemary was also preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Reck.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 10, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with visitation from 2:00 p.m. until service time in the funeral home.
