She would not ride in my crosley, but she said "help me with my picnic basket." We kissed and will be married for 57 years.Ruby Mae Angle, 78, of Lawrence, died Saturday July 4, 2009. Ruby was born to the late Hugh & Annie Chapman Bradshaw in Indianapolis on March 1, 1931. Ruby retired in 1980 working 30 years at McQuay-Norris. Ruby was a 50 year member of the Order of Eastern Star, member of the UAW since the age of 19, financial secretary for Local 24, past member of the Indianapolis Mayors Concil. She married Roy Angle on November 1, 1952 and he survives. Also surviving are a nephew and wife: Bill & Debbie Denny. Four nieces and husbands: Martha & Paul Green, Donna & Bob Sitler, Carol & Jim Bryant and Debbie & Mike Bilyeau. One brother: Ralph Bradshaw. Several other nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. Family will recieve friends Monday, July 6, 2009 from 4-8 PM. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial to the Leaders of Dog of Blind. Following the burial a celebration of Rulby's life will be held at Post Road Christian Church, 1112 N. Post Road, Indianapolis, IN
