Ruby Beil, 93, of Franklin, passed away August 28, 2013. The daughter of John Wesley and Mary Ann Sprague Davis, Ruby was born July 24, 1920 in Indianapolis.
A homemaker, Ruby was a member of the Plainfield Apostolic Church. She enjoyed singing and spending time with family.
Ruby is survived by son, Forrest (Frances) Beil, Jr. of Greenwood; daughters, Karen A. Mickley and Marcia K. Lintner, both of Indianapolis and Linda S. (Norman D.) Gunsaullus of Schaumburg, Illinois; grandchildren, Cynthia R. Skott, Cory J. Smith, Daniel A. Gunsaullus, Steven N. Gunsaullus, Scott E. Gunsaullus, Trisha R. (Thomas M.) Price, Tracey L. (R.D.) Stockinger, Forrest A. (Tami) Beill, III and Sean E. Lintner ; 11 great-grandchildren, Lauren R. Skott, Lindsey R, Skott, Tyler A. Skott, Logan G. Smith, Mason G. Smith, Vaughn G. Smith, Amy L. Gunsaullus, Nicholas C. Price, Joshua D. Survance, Benjamin D. King and Noah D. Stockinger. Besides her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by husbands, Robert D. Lile and Forrest A. Beil, Sr.; brothers, Ora E. Davis and Ralph Davis; and sisters, Opal M. Davis, Dorothy H. Davis, Mary Helen Davis and Bessie J. Davis and special family member Doris Eileen.
Funeral services 1:00 p.m. August 31, 2013 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friend may call from 11:00 a.m. to service time. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
