Ruby R. Richey, 89, of Indianapolis, IN passed away July 18, 2019. She was born in Celina, TN to the late Logan and Vernie Spears. Ruby is survived by her children Gerald Richey, JoAnn (Bob) Price, and Carolyn (Ken) Stoffregem; 7 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; sisters Helen Rutledge, and Brenda Fisher; and brother Albert Spears.

Visitation will be held Sunday July 21 ^st from 1:00-300 PM a Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. State Rd. 135 Greenwood, IN.  Funeral Services will be held July 21st at 3:00 PM in the Funeral Home.
