Mrs. Ruth Ann (McCormick) Wodarcyk, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday March 15th, 2022 at the Saint Francis Hospital And Health Center surrounded by her loving family. Ruth was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, October 9, 1958, one of six children born to George and Lillie (LaForce) McCormick.
Ruth attended Perry Meridian High School and also received training at Paul Mitchell The School Indianapolis and obtained a license in cosmetology.  She was united in marriage to Donald Stout on December 20, 1977.  This union was blessed with two children; a son Kyle, and a daughter Kelli.  She was then united in marriage to Robert Wodarcyk on June 1, 2002 and they shared 20 wonderful years together.
Ruth enjoyed crafting, playing euchre and spending time with friends and family. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Christian Fellowship and was a faithful supporter of The River Apostolic Church in Vevay, Indiana.
Ruth is survived by her dear mother, Lillie McCormick; her loving husband, Robert Wodarcyk; her son, Kyle Stout and his wife, Samantha; her daughter, Kelli Stout; her step-son, BJ Wodarcyk and his wife, Amber; her step-son, Chris Wodarcyk and his wife, Samantha; her step-daughter, Christina Isaacs; her grandsons, Zachary Stout, Elijah Bowling and Henry Wodarcyk; her granddaughters, Madeline Stout, Brooklyn Bowling, Rylee and Jaylee Wodarcyk and Elleigh Grace Wodarcyk;  her brother, Steven Joseph McCormick and his wife, Rita; her sister, Lisa Houze and her sister-in-law, Joyce McCormick as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Ruth was preceded in death by her father, George McCormick and her brothers, Robert McCormick, Michael McCormick and David McCormick.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood with Pastor Mickey Roy officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
