Sally Parsons Bodenhamer, age 97, of Franklin, IN passed away Sunday, October 3 at the Indiana Masonic Home. She was born May 22, 1913 in Horse Cave, KY to John Wesley and Bertha (Price) Parsons. Sally was a real estate agent and owner of Bodenhamer Realty and she retired in 1973. She was a member of Franklin Memorial Christian Church and also attended Fairhaven Christian Church. She was also a member of Coatesville #558 Order of the Eastern Star. She married Ray A. Bodenhamer on November 24, 1954 and he preceded her in death in January 1997. She is survived by one daughter, Sally Diane (Billy) Wright; one brother, Quentin C. Parsons; three grandchildren, Dean (Dawn) Drury, Kimberly (Peter) Kposowa, and Kellie (Brian) Rice; four great grandchildren, Ryan, Angela, Jason and Ethan. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 6, at 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with entombment to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation is from Noon until service time.
