Sandra J. Glover, 67, a resident of Sevierville, TN, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, July 29, 2015. She was born on April 26, 1948, in Lexington, KY. She was married on September 1, 1967, to Dennis Dale Glover Sr.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Julian and Edith Burton, of Richmond, KY, as well as a sister, Carol (Burton) Hennis and a brother, Julian Burton Jr. Surviving family includes one son, Dennis Dale Glover Jr., of Fishers, IN; three siblings: Darlene Yarnell, of Greencastle, Madonna Thompson of Thorntown, and Ross Burton of Indianapolis, IN; two grandchildren: Alyssa Glover and Gabe Glover of Fishers; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was previously employed at Riley Hospital for Children and was a prior attendee at Grace Baptist Church of Greenwood. Her hobbies and interests included gardening, crafts, shopping, an avid reader, a homemaker, and spending time with her family and pets. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. S.R. 135, Greenwood, IN 46143, with Pastor Skip Beal officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to Riley Children''s Hospital. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
