Sandra "Kay" Johnson, 71, of Fairland, IN died December 2, 2010. Kay was born to the late Fred and Catherine Bodenhamer Baker in Marion County on September 4, 1939. Kay was a dedicated Christian, wife, mother, grandma, great grandma and friend to all who knew her. She married William "Wayne" Johnson on July 28, 1956 and he preceded her on November 20, 2002. Surviving are two daughters and son-in-laws: Laura and Brett Elmore, Janita and Steve Barger. Six grandchildren: Julie Johnson, Brad Johnson, Amanda Johnson, Bridget Morgan, Daniel Barger, and Dillan Barger. Six great-grandchildren: Madi Morgan, Cailyn Johnson, Isaas Morgan, Gavin Morgan, Brevin Morgan and Greyson Lair. Two sisters: Gladys McCollom and Diane Carter. Daughter-in-law: Brenda Johnson. She is preceded by a brother, Joe on August 8, 1988 and a son Jerry on September 16, 2005. Family will receive friends from 4-8 pm Friday at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home , 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Service will be at 3pm Saturday at the funeral home.
