Sara Beth Pitcher was born at her home in Jennings County, Indiana to the late Harry and Dulcena Powers on June 29, 1928. She had one older sister Elladine and one older brother Roger. Her education grades (1-12) were in Hayden, Indiana. After graduating high school she and her good friend boarded the White Star Bus and headed north to the big city of Indianapolis.

They worked at the phone company and she met and married the love of her life, Dean Pitcher on April 1, 1950. They had two children, Dulcena and Daniel Pitcher. After raising their family Beth and Dean retired early and traveled extensively all over the world.

Beth is survived by her sister and her children, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her brother and her husband. The last 10 years of her life she enjoyed living at Crestwood Village. She made many friends there and was loved by all.
