Sarah F. Clemons, 66, of Indianapolis passed away August 11, 2014. She was born February 5, 1948 in Jessamine, Kentucky to the late William and Stella (Aldridge) Humphrey. She married Calvin Clemons on June 18, 2000 in Indianapolis. She worked as an administrator in the healthcare field for many years.

Sarah enjoyed gardening and was a member of Pentecostal Church of Promise in Indianapolis.

She is survived by her husband, a son Alvin (Lavonda) Planck II; a sister, Alice Newton; four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Dwayne Planck; a granddaughter, April Planck; six brothers, Jack, Lester, Roy, Carl, Thomas, and Russell Humphrey; three sisters, Beulah Miller, Helen Rowe, and Lucille Cummings. There will be no visitation or funeral service.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens
