Scott Adam Allen, 59, of Greenwood, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. He was born to Ralph and LuAnn Allen.
A 1983 graduate of Martinsville High School, Scott went on to earn his B.S. from Hanover College in 1987, where he was a proud member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He loved visiting Hanover whenever he had the chance, cherishing the memories and friendships he made there.
He was also a devoted Indianapolis Colts fan, always eager to cheer them on. Scott was especially passionate about his work as a caregiver, finding deep fulfillment in helping and caring for his patients.
In his free time, Scott enjoyed riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his daughter the most.
His warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Scott is survived by his mother, LuAnn Allen; daughter, Isabelle Allen; and siblings Troy (Jill) Allen, Susan (James) Morris, Del (Linda) Allen, and Dennis (Donna) Allen. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Allen.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 22, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at 11:30 AM on Saturday, November 23, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with visitation at 10:30 prior to funeral service. He will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
