Sherri Finney (Flanery) went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 8 ^th in Greenwood, Indiana at the age of 59.

Sherri is survived by her husband Paul Finney of Greenwood, IN, her only son Chris Finney (Sarah) of Greenwood, IN, her siblings, Roger Flanery (Donna) of Ceres, CA, Debbie Thomas (Kelvin) of London, KY, Tony Flanery (Minerva) of Elkhorn City, KY, Leslie Flanery (Kari) of Modesto, CA, Keith Flanery (Garrietta) of Lima, OH, her dear friend Jess Bennett (Brandon) of Greenwood, IN, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by Lester and Letha Flanery (parents) of Bowling Fort, KY and her brother Dana Flanery of London, KY.

Sherri Finney was born on February 25, 1961 in Point Richmond, CA to Lester and Letha Flanery. She married Paul Finney, her husband of 40+ years on May 19 ^th , 1979. After living in Greenwood, IN, Sherri began working for Nachi. Sherri was a member of Gethesemane Baptist Church where her husband, Paul Finney, is the pastor. Sherri's favorite holiday was Christmas where her home transformed into a Christmas Wonderland and many memories and traditions were made with family and friends.

A funeral drive-through viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, April 15 ^th at Forest Lawn (1977 S State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143) from 12:30-2:30 with an intimate burial service to follow at the grave site. Her husband, Paul Finney, will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend the drive-through viewing and celebrate Sherri's life. Flowers and condolences may be sent to Forest Lawn, 1977 S.
