Sherry Garrett, age 65, of New Whiteland, passed away April 19, 2011. She was born July19, 1945 in Beech Grove, Indiana to John and Opal (McDaniel) Thompson. She was a Nursing Home Administrator for many years. She enjoyed sewing and raising and breeding Yorkies. She married Carroll Garrett August 30, 1963 and he preceded her in death. Sherry is survived by her son, Michael Garrett, and grandchildren, Wesley Garrett and Whitley Garrett-Holt. Graveside services will be Friday, April 22, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn Ben Franklin Mausoleum with calling from 9:30 AM until service time.
