Shirley Rae Dodson, 80 of Greenwood passed away on March 13, 2019. Shirley was born on November 9, 1938 in Tuscola, IL to John and Jean Burmiester. Shirley will be remembered for being an Angel on earth. She always had something good to say about everyone and she always helped anyone in need. At one point or another, at varieties of ages, Shirley kept her grandchildren and great grandchildren whenever there was a need. She was truly someone you could count on. Shirley enjoyed crafting, making things with her hands; coloring and scrapbooking especially. She enjoyed her time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Shirley loved her beloved family and the memories of her will be forever cherished.

Shirley is survived by her children, Larry Dodson, Kellas Dodson, Cathy (Jim) Dodson, Connie (Claude) Scott and Lora (Larry) Eriks; brother, Larry Burmiester; 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren and many extended family members.
