Shirley Jean Baysinger, 80, of Indianapolis passed away April 29, 2017. She was born March 18, 1937 in Indianapolis, IN to James T. and Lillian (Essig) Horton.
Shirley was a hair stylist and enjoyed painting. She was married to a navy veteran, Billy Joe Baysinger, for 46 years and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Shirley was preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy Joe Baysinger and son, William Joseph Baysinger.
She is survived by her son, Richard Baysinger; daughter, Janice (Herbert) Wall; brother, Ron (Mary) Horton; sisters, Janet Simpson and Terri Guilfoy; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
