Susan L. Hicks 51 of Greenwood, passed away Monday, April 11, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born to Billie and Carolyn Davis.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years Clint Hicks; her amazing six children Zach (Taylor) Hicks, David (Nicole) Hicks, Jennifer(James) Lawler, Brandi Genneken, Carileigh Hicks and Skyelar Hicks; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; both parents and a brother Billie J. Davis III.

Susan had a strong compassion for children and others as she had her own daycare "Nana Susan's Daycare" for several years and cared for many children. She was a PCA at Franciscan Health for a year before she moved over to Interventional Radiology. During the beginning of the pandemic she was displaced and did ZOOM phone calls for many patients and was the life line between patients and their family members. Because of this, she was awarded the Family Spirit Award and the Daisy Award through the hospital.

A memorial gathering will be Monday, April 18, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
