Susan Kay Shoultz, 57, of Greenwood, died Saturday, October 4, 2008 at the Regency Place of Greenwood. She was born on November 3, 1950 to Leroy and Edna Carson Shoultz. She had been employed as a Nurse(LPN) with Cardinal Health Care and was a member of the Franklin Assembly of God and enjoyed shopping. Survivors include her sister: Carolyn (Franklin, Sr.) Cox, niece: Deanna (Ron) Carver and their children: Caleb, Gunner, Erich and Daniel, nephew: Franklin Jr. (Angela) Cox and their son, Curt. She was preceded in death by her parents. Public Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 1977 S. St. Rd. 135, Greenwood, IN.
