Teresa C. Brooks 62, of Greenwood, IN passed away August 6, 2019. She is survived by her loving husband Thomas Brooks; children Shawn Wilson, Joshua (April) Herman, and Brandon Herman; grandchildren Jacob Wilson, Emma Wilson, Trinty Gleitz, Jaden Wilson, Jordan Herman, Railen Herman, Ashton Herman, and Hailee Herman; father John D. Trinkle, and sister Cathy (Kenny Smith) Trinkle. Teresa was preceded in death by her mother Mary Trinkle; and brother Greg Trinkle.

Visitation will be held Sunday August 11 ^th from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. State Rd. 135 Greenwood, IN.  Funeral Services will be held Sunday August 11 ^th at Noon in the funeral home; burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
