Terry David Campbell, age 59, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015. He was born May 14, 1955 in Indianapolis to Barry G. and Beverly J. (Creasy) Campbell. Terry was a graduate of Emmerich Manual High School and was a Truck Driver. Terry was an avid fisherman who loved to camp, travel and spend time with his family.

Terry is survived by his father, Barry; other mother, Miriam Campbell; son, Joseph (fiance'', Haley Cox) Campbell; brother, Larry D. (Joyce) Campbell; sisters, Sherie L. (David) Oyler and Jerri D. Chapple; a grandchild on the way, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the Donor''s choice.
