Thelma Irene Moore, 70, of Indianapolis, passed away October 17, 2012. The daughter of Earnest and Vesta MarthaLou McCann Thompson, Thelma was born February 16, 1942 in Lee County, Virginia.
A homemaker, Thelma is survived by her husband, Billy R. Moore of Indianapolis; children, Billy R. (Shawn) Moore, II of Greenwood, Brenda K. Creech of Indianapolis, Phyllis Diane Smith of Indianapolis, Billie R. (Tim) Moore of Mooresville, Marilyn (Tim) Gosc of Martinsville and Zetta (Andy) Jones of England; brothers, Earl, Cecil and Jackie Thompson, all of Kingsport, Tennessee; 12 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon October 22, 2012 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, followed by funeral services at 12 noon. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
