Thelma 'Irine' Spear, 80 of Indianapolis passed away on November 17, 2018. Irine was born in Burksville, KY on April 1, 1938 to Willie and Era Mae Willis. Irine was a member of the Fountain Square Church of Christ. Irine enjoyed her flowers and yard work. Irine enjoyed attending bingo and dinner with her friends. Irine loved her family and will be greatly missed.

Irine is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 52 years Herman Spear in 2008 and beloved daughter, Joyce Strehle in 2008.

Irine is survived by her children, Danny (Gloria) Spear and Janice (Ronnie) Sloan; brothers, Paul (Bessie) Willis and Millard (Deanna) Willis; sisters, Hazel Smith, Phyllis Roach, Margie (Richard) Thompson and Linda (Clifford) Riddle; grandchildren, Veronica (Steve) Jacobi, Vanessa (Wayne) Ball, Matthew Strehle, Jessica Spear, Timothy (Verissa) Sloan and Justin (Robin) Sloan; 10 great grandchildren.
