Thelma Mae Holderfield, age 96, of Camby, went to meet her Lord on Thursday, May 7, 2015. Thelma was born August 30, 1918 in Thompsonville, IL to Thomas M. and Viola Williams. She was a Sales Clerk at J.C. Penney for 17 years. She was a lifelong member of Calvary Tabernacle Church. She married Herman Holderfield on December 19, 1936 and he preceded her in death on October 22, 1997. She and Herman loved to travel and she will be sorely missed by all who know and love her.

Thelma is survived by sons, Kenneth R. (Deborah), and Thomas C. Holderfield; sister, Anna Webb; daughter-in-law, Barbara Gott; 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Donald Holderfield; brothers, Gaithel and Dwayne Williams and sisters, Lillie and Martha.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 13, at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor''s choice.
