Theresia Biberger Ryan, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away October 23, 2015. One of 10 Children, she was originally from Abensberg, Germany where she met and married her beloved husband who was serving in the Army occupied forces after World War II, before moving to Indianapolis where she spent the remainder of her life. She was a deputy assessor for the Center Township Assessors office for 30 years, and was an avid hobbyist who won awards for her crocheting. A strong, opinionated, larger-than-life figure with a zest for life, she had a generous heart, with a special love for children.

Theresia was preceded in death by her parents, seven siblings and she is survived by her beloved husband Larry of 67 years, loving son Michael Ryan, daughter Lisa Eastes, and grandsons Christopher Eastes and Jeffrey Eastes.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 am on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46131. Friends may call from 4-8 pm Monday, October 26th at the funeral home.
