Thomas R. Gwaltney, 78 of Spencer, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021.

Thomas is survived by his son Brian Gwatlney; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his wife Kathy Gwaltney.

Thomas spent most of his time as an amateur radio operator. Thomas enjoyed fishing, gardening and attending to his property in Spencer. He was also a big Colts fan. Thomas retired from the Navy after 20 years of service. He also retired from Fed-x and as a heating a cooling repairman.

A Celebration of Life will be Friday, October 8, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM. Thomas will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with full military honors.
