Tony D. Polston, Jr. 84, of Fairland passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. He was born on April 8, 1937 to the late Tony and Josie (Gossage) Polston.

He married Georgia Allen on December 22, 1956. They were married for 65 years. Tony graduated from Moral High School.

Tony worked for General Electric, Wellmans and JC Wilson before retiring.  He was a Boy Scout Leader for many years and he also coached baseball and softball. He is a member of the Fairland Christian Church where he was in charge of remodeling the church. He bowled for many years in mixed league and a men's league.

He is survived by his wife Georgia Polston; children Don (Pam) Polston, Ken (Judy) Polston and Shelia (Pat) Coffin; nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. he is preceded in death by his sister Beverly Sue Polston, Dorothy Niece and Verlene Hawk and Jeannie Sweet.

Visitation will be December 1, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at Noon. Burial will be at Fairland Cemetery at 2:00 PM.
