Tyrone 'Ty' Campbell, 65, of Greenwood, IN passed away on September 13, 2023. Ty was born on December 23, 1957 to Calvin and Maurine Campbell. After graduating from Perry Meridian High School, Ty realized that he was a natural in the sales profession. Getting his foot in the door selling boats, Ty switched to the car business where he would work for over 30 years.
In 1984, Ty met his wife, Darla, with whom he would share 37 years of marriage. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He had a real passion for playing golf and bowling, camping and fishing, and even more so, singing karaoke. His love for Elvis Presley was unparalleled. Ty's presence and natural ability to be the life of the party will be greatly missed by many.
Ty is survived by his wife, Darla; sons, Chris Hadley (Angie), Michael Campbell (Geri-Lynn), Matthew Campbell and grandchildren, Dawson, Nora, Grayson, Sawyer and Elouise.
He is also survived by his brother Rick Campbell (Peggy), nieces Brandy Burgoyne (Mike), Brittany Campbell, great nephews Ford and Camden as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, September 18, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM at Gracepoint Church, 330 Whiteland Road, New Whiteland, IN 46184.
