Violet Mae Cleek, 87, of Indianapolis passed away September 2, 2018. She was born in Stilesville, OH to Dennis S. and Mary Ruby (Nourse) Stevens.

Violet was active in her church and held various posts. She enjoyed reading and collecting dolls and was successful in raising 3 good children.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 years, Russell Cleek; parents, Dennis and Mary Stevens and children, Rusty Lee Cleek and Sandra.

Violet is survived by her son, Tommy Cleek; brothers, Paul David and John Thomas Stevens and sisters, Dorothy Tedder and Garnet Allen.
