Virginia J. "JoAnn" Treeter, 76, of Indianapolis, passed away February 6, 2013. The daughter of William E. Sullivan and Helena V. Coy Sullivan Olney, Virginia was born July 3, 1936 in Indianapolis.

A homemaker, she worked as a nurse's aide at St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove. Virginia was a 50 year member of the Women of the Moose, Lodge #17.

Funeral services 7:00 p.m. February 10, 2013 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call from 3:00 p.m. to service time. Burial: Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.

Virginia is survived by her husband, Ray E. Treeter of Indianapolis, sons, David (Teresa) Treeter of Greenwood, Alan (Lisa) Treeter of Greenwood, South Carolina and Daniel Treeter of Indianapolis; brother, Leo Sullivan of Indianapolis; sisters, Betty Mitchell and Patricia Cravens, both of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by brothers, Charles and George Sullivan.
