Wanda Kaye Fletcher 68, of Franklin, KY passed away December 7, 2019.  She was born in Germany and raised by the late Lawrence "Gene" and Juanita Riggles.  Wanda is survived by her loving husband of 48 years Kenneth Fletcher and daughter Dawn Fletcher Byrd.

Visitation will be held Friday December 13 ^th from 11:30 AM – 2:45 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. St. Rd 135 Greenwood, IN 46143 followed by a committal prayer at 2:45 Pm in the funeral home.
