Obituary

Wanda Ann Middleton, 81, of Greenwood, passed away August 6, 2016. The daughter of Lawrence and Gracie Archer Morris, Wanda was born February 2, 1935 in Indianapolis.

She was a member of the Church of God, Anderson, Indiana and the South Central Indiana Corvette Club. A secretary, Wanda retired in 1982, from General Motors after 13 years of service. Then for 10 years, she worked in real estate, working for Dollens Menish, The Prudential Advantage and Century 21 Sheetz.

Wanda is survived by her husband, Harry A. Middleton of Greenwood, whom she married in Indianapolis on December 5, 1952; daughters, Angela (Mark) Plummer of Plainfield and Tamara (Brian) Simcox of Franklin; brother, George Morris of Brownsburg; grandchildren, Danielle R. (Frank) Stokes of Danville and Matthew J. (Christy) Plummer of Fishers; and great-grandchildren, Brock Stokes, Ty Stokes and Caroline Plummer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Margie B. Snyder.

Larry Morris will conduct funeral services 11:00 a.m. August 10, 2016 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. August 9th, and one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
