William Steven Benefiel better known as Steve, 72 of Indianapolis passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025. He was born to the late Dallas and Betty Benefiel.

Steve loved to fish and watch Westerns. He was an avid Colts and Pacers Fan. He enjoyed his grandchildren and would spend time with them whenever he had time.

Steve leaves behind two children Amber (Brian) Bray and Bradley Benefiel; three grandchildren and a brother Kevin Benefiel. He is proceeded in death by both parents.

A Gathering will be Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
