William E. Dorrell, 83, of Greenwood passed away September 10, 2013. He was born February 18, 1930 in Bargersville, IN to the late Denzel and Norma (Glassburn) Dorrell.

He married Molly E. Sells on July 9, 1950 at Bluff Creek Christian Church, and they have enjoyed sixty three years together. Bill was a sales manager with Indiana Bell Telephone for many years, and also worked at Hickory Stick Golf Course. Bill had many special friends. He was a member of Bargersville Christian Church, the Indiana Bell Conservation Club, and a fifty year member of the Bargersville Masonic Lodge #679.
Bill enjoyed playing golf and was an avid fisherman.

He is survived by his wife Molly; two sons, Douglas (Julie) Dorrell and David M. Dorrell; three daughters, Susie (Marshal) Chaney, Cathy (Larry) Mack and Connie (Chuck) Hughes; eight grandchildren and five great - grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be Monday September 16, 2013, 1:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. S. R. 135, Greenwood, IN 46143 with visitation from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
