William K. Rice, 87 of Greenwood passed away on January 10,2025.

Bill was an big Norte Dame fan and was a big sports nut. He was a people person and enjoyed coaching his children in their sports. He was a substitute teacher in the Center Grove School District.

Bill is survived by by his wife of 40 years Kathleen Rice; children Bill (Linda) Rice, Jr, Steven Rice, Kevin (Susan) Rice and Christopher (Diana) Rice; step children Lauren Williams and Erin Rowe; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and three siblings Leo Rice, Edward Rice and Faith Rice. He is proceeded in death by both parents.

A visitation will be Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 8300 Rakhe Road, Indianapolis. Catholic Mass will begin at 11:00 AM at the church. William will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
