William "Bill" S. Rule, 78, formerly of Richmond, IN passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022. He was born to the late Walter and Doris Rule.

Bill was an active leader in Boy Scout troop 114 for many years and served as a volunteer firefighter. He also enjoyed golfing, basketball and the Indy 500. He spent the majority of his life working for Amco Elevator and Elevator Equipment Company as a draftsman.

Bill is survived by his son Andrew Rule, daughter-in-law and five grandchildren.

A family graveside service will be Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memory Garden.
