William D. Woods, 61, of Franklin, IN died May 21, 2015. Born January 17, 1954, he was the son of the late Murl and Nell (Pruitt) Woods. William worked in the construction industry before his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Lucy; son, Nathan Woods; two brothers Ronald and Dan Woods; sister Lavon (Charles) Linhart.
